The system ensures extremely accurate weighing accuracy and state of the art fill accuracy for simple and reliable loadout. The system includes a CentriFlow in-line flow measurement system as well as the compartment filling software that offers a programmable Auto Sequencer that retains filling sequences for multiple compartments. The adaptability of the CentriFlow Meter allows for the Railcar and Truck Loadout System to be used for nearly any product including grains, plastics and even hard to flow powders.
RAILCAR AND TRUCK LOADOUT SYSTEM
Eastern Instruments' Railcar Filling Station is a simple use of the Railcar and Truck Loadout System. This simple application is designed to integrate directly into an existing loadout process. The CentriFlow Mass Flow Meter will mount directly after your existing shut off device, such as a slide gate, screw conveyor or rotary valve and typically only requires 3 feet of vertical space for installation. A total fill for each compartment will be entered into the CentriFlow Meter's electronics via the Loadout System's setup page. Automatic mode allows you to set up the entire rail car at once, while manual mode allows you to set up each compartment independently. The flow meter will measure the flow rate and total of product entering the railcar. When the total approaches the total fill for the compartment, the Loadout System will signal your PLC to stop flow.
