CENTRIFEEDER VIB: APPLICATIONS
The CentriFeeder line of feeders allow for both an accurate, real-time flow measurement, as well as near perfect control of flow rate and total. For blending applications, control the flow rate of an individual ingredient, or combine several CentriFeeders for near perfect recipe control. If you are controlling ingredients entering a batching process, use the CentriFeeder for controlling the total of one or more ingredients entered into the batch.
The CentriFeeder™ with Integrated Vibratory Control accurately measures and controls the flow of any dry, free‐flowing solid that can be transported via a vibratory conveyor. Through the use of a highly customizable touch screen HMI, a PID control loop is established that regulates the vibratory conveyor feeding our patented CentriFlow® Meter. The outcome is an accurate, easily maintained, consistent flow that can be used for mixing, ratio control or even recipe based blending.

For simple and accurate measurement and control of a single product, a single CentriFeeder™ VIB can be equipped with a standard active electronics and HMI. This simple but effective setup can be used for a variety of applications including coating, blending, batching and more.
MULTIPLE UNIT APPLICATIONS
For accurate measurement and control of multiple products, multiple CentriFeeder™ VIB devices can be utilized, along with standard electronics and HMI programming working independently of one another for accurate batching or continuous blending of multiple products.
RECIPE BASED BATCHING AND BLENDING
For the accurate implementation of a recipe of multiple products during a batching or a blending application, multiple CentriFeeder™ devices can be linked to a centralized, master HMI that controls the flow of multiple products via the recipe entered into the Master HMI. The multiple feeders can control the ratio of the different products for a continuous and controlled blend.
