CENTRIFILL^®

The CentriFill series of systems are designed to quickly and accurately fill virtually any box, bag, package or container with flowable, granular solids. The CentriFill series of weigh fillers comes in a variety of customizable designs, from our Semi-Automatic Weigh Filler that allows for manual initiation of fills, to our fully Automatic Weigh Filler which utilizes a motion sensor activated conveyor system for fully automated fills. The CentriFill series of weigh fillers can accurately fill a variety of containers from primary packages to bulk bags.

CENTRIFILL 1000

The CentriFill 1000 Semi Automatic Weigh Filler is a high speed weigh filler which measures a predetermined mass of product as it fills any small container ranging from 10 lb to 100+ lb in size. The CentriFill weigh filler's fill cycles are manually initiated with either a touch of the color, touch screen HMI, or through a customizable foot pedal option. The unique filling capacity of the CentriFill 1000 allows extremely fast fills without the slow dribble-feed often plaguing many fillers.

CENTRIFILL 2000

The CentriFill 2000 is a high speed, automatic wigh filler which automatically measures a predetermined amount of product as it fills boxes or containers ranging in size from 10 lbs to 150+ lbs in size. The CentriFill 2000's fill cycles are automatically initiated using a variety of methods, including motion sensor activated conveyor systems or diverter systems that change orientation based on the throughput through the CentriFill device.
